Are your products safe for children of all ages?

Many of UniqueKidz products are accessories and as with ALL accessories they should be used or worn with adult supervision. We have children of our own, so extra care is taken to secure pearls, buttons etc…..but adult supervision is still required.

 

What sizes are your products available in?

Product sizes can be found in the drop down menu found under the price for each product. Please order by the listed measurement and not by your child's age. You, the customer, are responsible to accurately measure or weigh your child before buying. Crochet hat measurements listed in the drop down menu are HEAD MEASUREMENTS, and the hat will measure slightly larger.


(Example: Crochet Hat size 3-6 months = 16 inches or 16'' head measurement. The 3-6 month hat will measure larger than the 16'' head measurement for a comfortable fit).


If you are in doubt about the proper size for your child, please order a larger size to ensure a good fit and to allow room for your child to grow. Please remember that head size may increase very quickly within the first 18 months of a baby's life. For pre-birth orders, please contact us with any sizing concerns.

 

How do I measure my child's head for a hat?

Wrap a soft tape measure from just above the child's eyebrow line around to the back of the head. The idea is to measure around the largest part of the head. As an alternative, you can wrap a string around your child's head and then measure the string with a ruler.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Shopify Payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and major credit cards,  is the preferred method of payment. We also accept Paypal. Immediate payment is required to complete your order. While Canadian and international customers may view product prices in their own currency, all payments will be processed in US Dollars.

 

How long is order processing?

So, you bought some of our adorable items and can't wait to get them? Though we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible, please allow up to 3-5 days to process your order. We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. If you live in another country, please contact us and we will look into shipping costs and times to your country.

 

How and when will my purchase by shipped?

Please contact us before placing your order if you need a product by a certain date; if it is possible, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

Shipping fees are for all products purchased in 1 order. If 2 separate orders are placed in the same day, then the customer must pay shipping fees for each order.

U.S. Customers
 
USPS Standard Shipping (3-5 days) and Priority Mail (1-3 days) options are available. All orders will include tracking. All shipping times are estimated shipping times under normal circumstances.

Canadian Custumers
 
All products will ship with Canada Post Standard shipping and should arrive within 1-3 weeks. Please contact us before placing your order if you require expedited shipping and/or tracking. All shipping times are estimated shipping times under normal circumstances.

Why am I not receiving emails from UniqueKidz?

Please ensure that you have entered your email address correctly with UniqueKidz.  All UniqueKidz emails will be sent from "sales@uniquekidz.shop." To ensure that you receive UniqueKidz emails, add our email address to your contacts list. Many email programs (i.e. Gmail, Outlook) separate emails into newsletter or subscription categories automatically. Please check other folders for your emails. If you do not open each email from UniqueKidz, your email program may start to classify UniqueKidz emails as Junk Mail or Spam. Please check these folders and move UniqueKidz emails back to Inbox or another appropriate folder. 

 

Is Unique Kidz website secure?

Every page of UniqueKidz website is secure. Most major browsers will show a lock icon on the address bar that can be opened to verify our website. Our checkout process uses the highest standard of security as demonstrated by the Shopify Secure button located in UniqueKidz footer and shopping cart.
